ETRAL LABS INC. · Website privacy notice
Privacy, with clarity.
This notice explains how ETRAL LABS INC. handles personal information when you visit etral.ai or contact us about our business. It covers this informational website, not a future ETRAL product or service.
Last updated: October 23, 2026.
Visiting this website.
You can browse without registering, signing in or submitting a form. The decision examples are fictional and run in your browser. They do not connect to business systems, submit your information, authorize actions or execute transactions.
We do not use advertising trackers or website analytics scripts. The website does not store preferences in cookies or browser local storage. Films, fonts and architecture images are delivered by our hosting infrastructure; the film players do not embed a third-party video platform.
Hosting and security.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery and security services. Serving a page or film necessarily involves processing technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response information. Cloudflare may process security-related data and use security cookies where necessary to protect the service.
We use this infrastructure to deliver the website, investigate faults and protect against abuse. We do not use its technical request data to build advertising profiles. Cloudflare operates globally, so technical information may be processed outside your province or country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
When you contact us.
Email links open your chosen email application. Nothing is sent simply by clicking a link. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization and enquiry.
We use that information to respond, discuss your request and manage the resulting business relationship. ETRAL uses Zoho Mail for business email. Our email and service providers process information on our behalf; their infrastructure or authorized support may involve processing in other countries. See Zoho’s privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive personal records, customer information, passwords or confidential business datasets in an initial enquiry.
Use, sharing and retention.
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, or meet applicable legal obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, resolve a dispute or meet applicable legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to appropriate backup and recovery processes. Our infrastructure providers manage technical and security records under their service arrangements.
Your questions and choices.
You may contact us to ask about our handling of your personal information, request access or correction, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an existing matter. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and will explain any applicable limitations.
Contact the person responsible for privacy at ETRAL LABS INC. through [email protected], with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
Changes to this notice.
We will update this notice if the website or our information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A future ETRAL product, account service or new use of personal information will require the information and choices appropriate to that service.
